I'm not a therapist. I'm not a clinician. I'm a guide for families navigating emotional crisis, addiction, and mental health challenges—without relying on labels, diagnoses, or outdated systems.
I’ve lived it. I’ve been unhoused. I’ve struggled with addiction. I’ve loved someone who attempted suicide. These experiences don’t define me—but they’ve shaped how I show up: with empathy, strategy, and a commitment to whole-family healing.
I believe emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing are intertwined—and that no one should be reduced to a diagnosis. Especially not our youth. I reject the term “addict” and the idea that emotional challenges are lifelong identities. We are not our symptoms. We are people, becoming.
Through Family WellthCare™, I help families build emotional capital, rewire legacy patterns, and create connection that lasts. I don’t fix people—I empower them to remember who they really are.
